MY story

I grew up in Olivette, Missouri (Saint Louis Area) and was raised by a single mother. We didn't have a lot growing up but my mother never let me feel that. She worked tirelessly to ensure she had the money to buy me the new pair of Nike’s I wanted every school year and to take us to the lake every summer. I always promised her that one day I’d be successful enough to reciprocate everything she did for me.

Fast forward, I became a state champion in high school and then a Division I football player in college. However, sports weren’t going to fulfill that promise, so I decided to listen to what everyone told me, ever since I was little, that I should be a lawyer.

I am the first and only lawyer in my family and graduated from Saint Louis University law school on a scholarship. I emphasized my studies heavily on criminal defense and trial advocacy. I knew I couldn’t compete on the field anymore but I wanted a career where I could still compete and I could win.

That has led me to my practice today where I devote 100% of my practice to fighting for individuals charged with crimes and are in need of help the most.
